The whiskey barrel imparts it’s flavor into the unroasted coffee beans. We leave the coffee in the barrel to absorb the roughly 10 pounds of bourbon left within the wood. This is the “Devil’s Cut” and the coffee flavor profile is enhanced with a whiskey nose. All off this makes for a unique tasting experience.
